PpFor our client, an important multinational company leading company in the distribution of products specifically designed for the prevention of potable water pollution, we are seeking a Sustainability Engineer /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild a coalition across productions sites to have a greater impact on the environment /li liSupport European sites to define and execute their sustainability goals /li liAudit and assess sustainability maturity across production sites in Europe /li liManagement and promotion of various sustainability activities / projects in the areas of energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, corporate responsibility employee engagement /li liCommunicate broadly and regularly about sustainability program success to instill a general level of expectation and engagement by all employees /li liPrograms manage sustainability projects /li liHost and execute Energy Hunts across Europe /li liSupport the production of the yearly sustainability report /li liMonitor industry best practices in sustainability analyses /li liSupport businesses need to respond to customer and other stakeholder audits as necessary /li liCollect and analyze key sustainability data across sites. /li liShare best practices, communicate lessons learned and help other sites adopt /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liSustainability / environmental / energy engineer or similar education (minimum bachelor level9; /li li7-10 years of work experience within the area /li liExperience with Facilities, Logistics, Supply Chain Sustainability required /li liDemonstrated Program Management skills /li liStrong planning, coordination and time management skills /li liPrior experience with business travel /li liStrong project management skills /li liExcellent English (verbal and written) communication and presentation skills as this role is required to message Sustainability throughout the organization : Verbally town halls and smaller venues, written connect and presentation materials, supporting web and internet content /li liAbility to work independently with little supervision /li liAbility to effectively participate in and facilitate team meetings /li liProactive, result-oriented and hands‑on attitude /li liWorking knowledge of MS Office products /li liFind your way through Ambiguity /li /ul h3Other requirements /h3 pThe ability to travel globally without restrictions is required in this position since the person up 50% of the working time will be travelling and working in other countries or working in the production site in Lombardy. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
