PpWe are looking for a bMachinery Project Engineer /b to join our engineering team. /p pThe selected candidate will be responsible for executing and overseeing Machinery engineering activities within EPC projects, ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements, design criteria, international standards, and company quality procedures throughout all project phases, from bidding to commissioning. /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 ul liReview contract documentation and technical annexes, identifying discrepancies and preparing clarification notes for the Discipline Lead Engineer and Project Engineering Manager (PEM). /li liPrepare and review technical specifications, datasheets, and discipline deliverables, ensuring alignment with contractual and project requirements. /li liAct as checker and/or approver of Machinery discipline documentation and verify subcontractor and vendor engineering documents. /li liManage discipline man-hours, promptly reporting deviations, additional scope requirements, and providing forecasting inputs to Project Controls. /li liMonitor design consistency between bidding and detailed engineering phases (quantities, equipment sizing, technical specifications). /li liSupport Procurement in the evaluation of Vendor Lists and provide technical assistance during vendor selection and purchasing activities. /li liProvide technical support during construction, commissioning, and vendor/client follow-up activities. /li liParticipate in project meetings (kick-off, review meetings, and client meetings when required). /li liEnsure effective coordination and information flow between project disciplines, Project Management, Client representatives, and external stakeholders. /li liDevelop the Machinery discipline deliverable list and verify inter-discipline inputs. /li liSupport 3D model development for assigned areas in coordination with the 3D Model Coordinator, according to project procedures. /li liContribute to bidding activities, including technical evaluations and man-hour estimation. /li liEnsure compliance with company procedures and Quality Management Systems. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of experience as Machinery Engineer within EPC projects. /li liProven experience in managing Machinery engineering activities across the full project lifecycle. /li liStrong knowledge of rotating equipment and machinery packages, including applicable international standards. /li liSolid technical background combined with good planning and organizational skills. /li liEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with multidisciplinary teams and clients. /li liProblem‑solving mindset, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure. /li /ul pbPlace of work: /b Parma (PR), with willingness to travel as required. /p p This position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
