You manages Electrical Harness installation resources and activities on the project you are responsible.You are responsible of the electrical deliveries for each electrical baseline of the project you contributing to.Build and develop the EHI technical competency in the Team.

Accountable for:
Delivery of the right product at the right moment to the project Train Electrical Engineer, the product consisting into the complete electrical case or a set of electrical deliverablesfor each baseline and retrofit made of :Harness Design workload on your project/tender,Applying of the Metier rules and processes
Responsible for:
Delivery of harness 3D models from mechanical integration,Managing the EHI QCD of your project,Managing the EHI work-load of your project, and effective utilization of Harness designerSub-contracting management (definition, monitoring, acceptance)
