Responsibilities
:
• Strategy & Analysis: Assist in implementing regional CRM and business development initiatives. Monitor performance via weekly/monthly dashboards and data reporting. Ability to support the CRM initiatives at cluster level.
• Operational Support: Support daily in-store activities and help roll out updated work methods and headquarters projects. Passion for Operations department and desire to create best practice to optimize the service in store.
• Training & Tools: Act as the "key-user" for internal software. Provide regular training to teams on new features and digital tools.
• Client Engagement: Help drive customer loyalty programs and clienteling culture to improve long-term retention and experience.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with Retail Performance and Learning managers to identify growth opportunities and support team development.
• Standards Maintenance: Coordinate daily and monthly checks to ensure all departments meet brand standards and operational KPIs.
Requirements:
1. VIE requirement: International profile (not Italian citizen)
2. Previous experience in Retail (both on the field and head office)
3. Previous experience in CRM or Operations in a retail company is a plus
4. Good understanding of retail stores processes and procedures
5. Previous experience in data analysis
6. Desire to grow in a dynamic environment
7. Strong networking skills, with ability to build rapport quickly
8. Flexibility to travel in the stores of the cluster (Italy, Spain, Turkey)
9. Fluent in English, Italian will be a valuable plus
10. Available to relocate in Milan
