We are looking for a professional who:

- Comes from a management consulting background
- Has held a senior leadership / director / partner / principal role in a consulting firm
- Brings a solid network of senior decision-makers and client relationships
- Has an active commercial pipeline / portfolio / market access
- Is able to contribute not only to delivery excellence, but also to business development and firm growth
- Wants to play a real role in building and scaling a consulting business
- Is motivated by a context where entrepreneurial attitude, credibility and execution matter more than internal politics or oversized structures
Your role \n
This person will be expected to contribute to the growth of Gestio Performance by:

- Supporting the commercial and strategic development of the firm
- Bringing and developing new client opportunities
- Leveraging existing relationships and trusted market connections
- Helping expand the firm’s positioning and visibility in the market
- Acting as a senior reference point in front of clients and prospects
- Contributing to the evolution of the firm’s offering and go-to-market approach
- Supporting the development of high-value consulting engagements

- 15+ years of experience in management consulting
- Strong exposure to commercial development and client leadership
- Existing relationships with C-level / senior executives
- Ability to generate opportunities and convert trust into projects
- Strong consulting credibility, business judgment and executive presence
- Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and growth-oriented mindset
