About the role

TE Connectivity’s Account Management teams drive sales of TE’s products, systems, and services by providing technical expertise and building strong customer relationships within assigned territories, industries, or accounts. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing business in your assigned territory with a focus on our Aerospace, Defense, and Marine product portfolio. You will work toward defined growth targets and align with the Business Unit’s product roadmap. Your primary customers are located in Lombardia and Liguria, and you will support them daily to ensure satisfaction and growth.


Main tasks

* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing existing contracts and identifying new business opportunities.
* Lead internal and external negotiations through to order award.
* Serve as the liaison between customers and TE departments, including Product Management, Design, Quality, Customer Service, Finance, Production, Pricing, Purchasing, and Legal.
* Maintain deep knowledge of customer programs, applications, and market trends to integrate TE technologies effectively.
* Monitor competitors and conduct competitive intelligence within your territory.


What Your Background Should Look Like

* Education:
o Commercial background (Business School, MBA) with strong technical learning ability, or
o Technical background (Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering) with strong commercial skills.
* Experience: 5–10 years in a similar role, ideally with an OEM or subcontractor in the Aerospace, Defense, or Space sectors.
* Languages:
o Fluent Italian for customer interactions.
o Full proficiency in English (written and spoken) for global communication.
* Skills: Comfortable with IT tools (SFDC, MS Office Suite).
* Location: Ideally based in Lombardia or neighboring regions, with flexibility for travel across Italy and occasional international trips.
