Supporting customers viaphone, chat, and email
Assisting withorders, account questions, product setup, and troubleshooting
Ensuringage verification and regulatory compliancein every interaction
Providing accurate, calm, and professional guidanceRecording interactions and following internal quality processes
Collaborating with internal teams when escalation is required
