We are recruiting on behalf of a bleading multinational company in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector /b, specifically within their Delivery and Service team, a major force in building future-proof networks, including 5G and fiber optics. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Senior Project Manager and project team by driving efficient daily project operations and ensuring high-quality, on‑time project delivery. This includes managing resource allocation, logistics, and subcontracting. A core responsibility is controlling the deployment and logistics of network components and materials (e.g., equipment, spare parts). You will also own stakeholder communication and provide effective, timely project reporting at all levels. /li liMonitoring and Reporting: Track project progress against the schedule, collect status updates from technical teams and subcontractors, and prepare accurate, timely reports for management and customer stakeholders. /li liDocumentation and Control: Maintain a centralized repository of all project documents (plans, specifications, contracts), track Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices, and ensure compliance with the company's internal processes and quality standards. /li liIssue and Risk Management: Proactively monitor for potential project risks or issues, document all incidents, and support the Project Manager in escalating and implementing corrective action plans. /li liStakeholder Coordination: Serve as a key communication link between technical engineers, installation teams, vendors, and the customer to ensure all parties are aligned on project scope and deliverables. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li6 month experienced with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or management field, such as Civil Engineering, Management Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, graduating between January 2024 and December 2026. /li liStrong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and manage tasks effectively. /li liAdaptability to work in an international business environment, demonstrating excellent collaboration skills and cultural awareness. /li liLanguage Requirements: Good command of spoken English and fluent in Italian. /li /ul h3Seniority Level /h3 ul liEntry level /li /ul h3Employment Type /h3 ul liFull‑time /li /ul h3Job Function /h3 ul liProject Management and Engineering /li /ul h3Industry /h3 ul liTelecommunications /li /ul pInterested in Joining Us?
