Our R&D Department is the _Competence Centre_ for Bosch Vacuum Pumps and Electric Oil Pumps at a _Global level_. Furthermore, the company produces engine Oil / Fuel pumps and hydraulic systems, respectively for passenger car / commercial vehicles and off highway vehicles. VHIT employs about 500 people. Job Description Help shape the future:You will participate in the HR department supporting the HR administration activities; Use your creativity and freedom: You will actively be in charge of the time management process ensuring that the presence sheets are completed fully and on time; Network Communication:You will be the first point of contact for time-related queries from our employees and update personnel records and more; You will continuously cooperate with the HR Business Partners and the Payroll specialists; Take Responsibility:You will be responsible of monitoring and improving the actual time management process by creating innovative solutions; Live Internationally:You will live an international environment having relationships with different cultures. Qualifications Education:Graduated in HR Management, Economy or similar academic background; Experience and Know How:Basic experience in HR fields; Technical knowledge: SAP HCM, SAP Success Factors, SAP OM, SAP PA, SAP PY; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint); Personality:Goal-orientation, team working, proactivity, problem solving and analytical ability, willingness to take responsibilities; Language skills:Fluent English, German will be a plus; Interests: Desire to growth within a complex manufacturing organization open to an international environment.
