Your Mission: What is expected of you: - Driving project governance, structure and communication across multiple global IT workstreams for the SAP S/4HANA program aligned to the overall governance structure. - Supporting the program leadership in coordinating timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned with business goals, acting as a bridge between IT and Business programme management. - Facilitating effective collaboration between IT teams, business units, external SAP consultants, and third-party vendors. - Creating and managing program documentation: RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), dashboards, meeting minutes and action trackers ensuring alignment across IT and Business. - Maintaining detailed project schedules across multiple workstreams and proactively flag deviations or delays. - Supporting change control, cutover planning and readiness assessments. - Coordinating steering committees and ensuring clear communication and reporting to executive stakeholders. - Assisting in resource planning and capacity tracking across global IT teams. - Defining and monitoring each IT workstreams activity plan, deliverables and milestones, ensuring alignment with overall Aurora deliverables and milestones. - Forecasting and managing critical skill requirements (SAP module specialists, data architects, integration experts). Your Profile: What you bring to Sidel: - Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or related discipline. - PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe/Agile-at-scale) and/or SAP Activate certifications. - 5 years in PMO/project leadership roles within end2end SAP implementation programs. - 2 years PMO experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects. Experience of “green field” implementations preferred and/or ERP consolidation scenarios. - Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is highly preferred, particularly involving supply chain, logistics, or production modules. - Exceptional stakeholder management, able to balance CIO-level discussions with on-the-ground IT teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to anticipate risks before they escalate - Ability to lead and deliver under pressure in high-stakes transformation environments Sidel is a global business, and teams are geographically spread with the Digital & Technology team primarily located in Italy, France and India.
