Limitless is an élite advisory firm offering open innovation services to the best scaleups and companies in the Fashion and Luxury Industry. We are a fast-growing and fully remote company, working with the best Brands, Foundations, and Universities in the Fashion and Luxury ecosystem. We are currently managing projects and organizing events in the most important fashion and innovation hubs worldwide: Milan, New York, Paris, Miami, Dubai, Berlin, and more to come.
We are looking for a Junior Consultant & Business Analyst to join our team and take on a high-impact role across business consulting, innovation research, and strategic coordination — with real ownership of projects from day one and a clear path to growing responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Support and deliver consulting projects: market analysis, benchmarking, strategic recommendations, and client-facing presentations.
- Manage ecosystem relationships with brands, startups, investors, and institutional partners.
- Support senior management in project coordination, team oversight, and operational execution.
- Contribute to business development activities: proposals, pitches, and partnership management.
- Take ownership of your own workstreams from the start, with growing autonomy and responsibility over time.
Requirements
- Collaboration via P.IVA — required.
- Master's degree (preferably in Management, Business, Innovation, or Fashion/Luxury studies).
- 1–2 years of professional experience in consulting, advisory, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work autonomously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and appetite for growth.
