Marketing, Communication and Event Specialist Join to apply for the Marketing, Communication and Event Specialist role at LHH. LHH Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of an important international industrial group, leader in the production of plants, is seeking a Marketing, Communication and Event Specialist with at least C1 level proficiency in English and knowledge of a second foreign language. Responsibilities The role reports directly to the Commercial Management and involves collaborating with and coordinating external marketing personnel (consultants and suppliers). Key responsibilities include: Organizing trade fairs: managing contacts with exhibition authorities, selecting exhibition spaces, purchasing services, designing booth layouts and communication materials, selecting suppliers, and coordinating operational phases. Managing corporate events: coordinating internal and external events such as conferences, inaugurations, sponsorships, and company celebrations. Communication and marketing: creating and managing newsletters, flyers, promotional materials, and supporting content creation for the website and social media. Communication materials: supervising the production of brochures, corporate presentations, videos, and multimedia materials in collaboration with external suppliers. Managing customer and prospect databases: coordinating data collection and organization with the Sales & Marketing department in an integrated CRM database to facilitate effective communication activities. (Data analysis or market research are not responsibilities of this role). Scout and manage suppliers: researching and managing suppliers for gadgets, partnerships, and other business support activities. Your Profile Candidates should meet the following requirements: Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Languages, or related fields; post-diploma courses in marketing, design, or advertising are also considered. At least 5 years of experience in similar roles within international industrial companies or communication agencies. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Mailchimp. Excellent command of English and a second language such as French, Spanish, or Chinese. Basic skills in video editing and graphics are a plus. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Work location: Curtarolo (PD). A fixed presence in the office is required; remote work is not available.
