As Projects & Maintenance Manager you will report to the Plant Manager. You will guarantee the efficient maintenance of Verbania site's equipment in respect of budget, and safety rules. You will be responsible for the management of ordinary, preventive and extraordinary maintenance tasks. You will support Operations and EHS department for the maintenance of equipment and machineries. You will manage a Maintenance team
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate 4 Maintenance Technicians (contractors), plan their daily activities, implement preventive maintenance plans for all the areas of the plant and ensure compliance with the PPG Contractor Safety standard procedures.
- Support special projects of maintenance.
- Review the maintenance and safety procedures with new updates of PPG requirements, Italian laws, good practice and internal audit.
- Coordinate and integrate with other site functions to ensure support and efficient management of equipment.
- Propose improvement projects in equipment and automation respecting the budgeting costs.
- Support the annual maintenance plan update
- Check the right compilation of the required documents about maintenance equipment and related actions.
- Guarantee maintenance actions in respect of timing.
**Qualifications**:
- 5 years experience in Team Leading or similar role, possibly in a Maintenance function
- Experience with Maintenance tasks in a Manufacturing company
- Project management ability
- Fluent Italian
- B2 English
