HEAD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
(Group IT Manager)
The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the Group’s ICT function, currently composed of a team of 8 people (divided between systems and applications), overseeing all IT operations, including those of the Group’s subsidiaries.
The goal of the role is to ensure the reliability, evolution, and security of the technological infrastructure and information systems, supporting process digitalization, operational efficiency, and strategic business vision.
Main Responsibilities
* Define and execute the ICT strategy, focusing on efficiency, innovation, and alignment with business goals;
* Manage the complete IT infrastructure (Data Center, networks, peripheral systems, client devices, telephony, video surveillance);
* Oversee the management, development, and evolution of Microsoft-based ERP and core business platforms (Office 365, Power Platform, Dynamics, Teams, SharePoint, etc.);
* Coordinate support and maintenance activities (hardware/software), including outsourced services;
* Ensure businesscontinuity (Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery) and data protection;
* Manage cybersecurity and corporate policies regarding data privacy (GDPR and international/local regulations);
* Analyze and review business processes in collaboration with organizational functions, promoting digital transformation, process reengineering, and industrial automation;
* Identify and assess AI-based solutions to improve internal processes, optimize operations, enhance data usage, and implement predictive or automated systems;
* Coordinate the ICT project portfolio, setting priorities, delivery plans, and monitoring KPIs/international benchmarks;
* Prepare the annual ICT budget (OPEX and CAPEX) and manage relationships with key suppliers (Microsoft, telco providers, infrastructure vendors, etc.);
* Manage, train, and develop internal ICT resources in collaboration with HR, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Management Engineering, or related disciplines;
* Several years of experience in a similar role within structured industrial companies with international presence;
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems (ERP, applications, collaboration & productivity suite) and hybrid IT architectures (on-premise/cloud);
* Proven experience in digitalization, cybersecurity, change management, and process review projects;
* Interest in andknowledge of key AI applications in industrial and managerial contexts;
* Fluent English,at least C1;
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Contract & Offer
* Executive or Managerial contract, base salary 90-110K +
