IT service delivery expertise with SLA and KPI development and management
Business process alignment to integrate IT services with business goals
Analytical skills to formulate and test hypotheses on complex issues
Familiarity with IT service measurement tools for service level management, capacity planning, and performance monitoring
Strong in-depth knowledge and experience in the Public Sector Industry, Local Government in Italy
