We are looking for the : /p pbGROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER /b /p pThe selected candidate will operate at a global level and will be responsible for ensuring management control of programs and Business Units / Central Departments. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liManagement and control : Maintain a management control system and procedures suitable for the specific characteristics of the business, ensuring integration with other corporate functions. /li liPlanning and analysis : Ensure the correct preparation of budgets and forecasts, determine period economic results, and analyze variances, managing the budgeting process for relevant data (labor costs, overhead, investments). Support the definition of Cash Flow and PL during project estimation to ensure the achievement of established targets. /li liReporting and compliance : Ensure the timely issuance of reports, compliance with corporate deadlines, and provide support for specific requests. /li liResource management : ensure proper management of assigned resources. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liStrong background in business controlling, preferably gained in sectors working on a job-order, project, or prototype basis (e.g., automotive, luxury, engineering, design). /li liProven experience in managing Group reporting and preparing consolidated packages for management. /li liSolid experience in managing relationships with auditors and knowledge of the dynamics of publicly listed companies. /li liKnowledge and use of SAP (preferably ByDesign). /li liFluent English /li /ul pWe’d like to meet analytical and structured person with strong communication skills, demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to prioritize work, good planning and coordination skills, ability to work in a dynamic and multidisciplinary team. /p pLocation: Turin /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
