PR Support Activities
Support in management of Ambassadors and Friends of the Brand
Analysis and scouting of Talents/Celebrities
Relations with influencers
Support in dealing with local markets to implement local events
Follow-up on post-event reports
Operational Communication Support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated and effective brand output
Stock management and showroom management
Coordination of deliveries and tracking of internal stock for shooting and talents
Social media projects support
Divisional budget support
Tracking, Monitoring & Reporting
Daily media monitoring and reporting
Performances and ROI analysis
Competitors projects analysis
Enhance the brand's online reputation and visibility
Event Organization Support
Support in the organization and development of events and press presentations
Coordinate logistics and materials
Assist with guest management
The candidate will also support the Global Communication Manager on the development of the Communication strategy.
How can you contribute?
Graduate level required with a degree preferably in PR/Communication or related fields
Professional experience gained in the role, preferably within high-end jewelry/accessories brands (internship experience considered)
Passionate about jewelry and fashion
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; proactive, positive and open-minded working attitude
Team player with great communicational skills
Excellent spoken and written English and Italian; knowledge of any other language would be a plus
Excellent knowledge of Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and social media
Familiarity with Photoshop, WordPress and monitoring tools
