**Who you are**- Experience in leading a multi-faceted high-volume business and proven ability to work and lead a team under pressure
- Ability to identify new business opportunities
- Previous experience in leading a team of leaders
- Ability to build trustful relationships and to engaging and motivating
- Ability to deliver strong business results through people
- Planning and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple topics and changing priorities/deadlines
- Self-reliant and self-motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Capable of communicating in English and Italian both in writing and verbally
- Deep knowledge of Food Safety Standards and Local Food legislations (HACCP)
- Ideally a good knowledge of National business direction, consumer and market conditions, customer buying behaviors, food trends
- Knowledge of Sustainability in food is a nice to have
