  • Fluent in both Italian and English
  • Full-time internship (6 months) – We offer a monthly allowance of €900, free access to the company canteen, free access to a partner gym near the office, and a company laptop
  • Start date: beginning of July 2026

Position Summary

You will have the opportunity to support the International Sales Team working in the Confectionery Business operating on the Brands Perugina® and Baci Perugina®. You will support the International Sales Team in the definition, planning, execution and monitoring of commercial plans in the assigned area, playing a pivotal role in supporting the Area Manager in developing the business, making country analysis, executing go-to-market strategies, and establishing successful partnerships with key business partners.

A day in the life of a Stage International Sales Confectionary
  • Coordinate exchange of information and sales materials with our distribution partners and customers (samples, product certifications, product images, catalogues …);
  • Support International Sales Area Manager in coordinating with distribution partners the local commercial plans monitoring execution and budget;
  • Support the International Sales Area Manager on the forecast & orders activity, performance data analysis, providing actionable insights to enhance sales productivity and revenue generation;
  • Support International Sales Area Manager in developing and executing a proper Brand support package for our distribution partners (i.e. Digital assets, POS materials etc.);
  • Conduct comprehensive country analysis, including market research, industry trends, competitor insights, consumer behavior trends, to identify new opportunities for growth;
  • Support International Sales Area Manager in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies tailored to each country, taking into consideration local market trends and consumer preferences;
  • Prepare professional presentations for business partners, stakeholders, and internal teams, communicating key strategies and progress updates effectively;
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Customer Development Team, Supply Chain, to ensure a coordinated approach to market penetration and growth;
What will make you successful
  • Undergraduates or graduates in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Highly organized, problem-solving, analytical and quantitative mindset;
  • Curiosity and a strong interest in the FMCG industry, particularly in the confectionery;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in both English and Italian;
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities;
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment, capable of developing effective relationships with all stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
