Key Responsibilities Commercial & Partner Operations: Support execution of commercial contracts with fleet operators and fuel station partners. Assist in onboarding and integration processes with logistics clients and refuelling infrastructure. Monitor day-to-day performance of contracts and prepare regular reports. Internal Operations & Team Coordination: Coordinate internal workflows across sales, product, and technical teams. Maintain and optimise operating procedures and reporting systems. Monitor operational KPIs and flag issues to leadership. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date for contracts, licensing, and insurance. Assist with operational reporting requirements related to projects and public grants. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements. Support implementation of new tools and systems to streamline operations. Who We’re Looking For Must-Haves: 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or related functions. Strong organisational skills and comfort with KPIs, data, and reporting. Background in logistics, mobility, or energy sectors is a plus. Fluency in English and Italian (German is a strong advantage). Hands-on mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points Based in or willing to relocate to South Tyrol. Previous startup or scale-up experience.
