Experteer Overview
In this OT Automation Engineer role, you will oversee the integration of shop floor equipment with IT/OT systems to ensure reliable data flow to the enterprise. You will design and implement middleware, define data points, and manage end-to-end interfaces with a focus on stability and compliance. Working with cross-functional stakeholders, you will drive integration projects from design to qualification and support audits. This role offers a chance to shape data-driven manufacturing solutions in a global pharma setting.

* Detailed design, development, delivery and qualification of IT/OT system solutions and their integration
* Execute project activities within lifecycle, budget, schedule and compliance requirements

Responsabilità
* 5+ years delivering global IT/OT solutions, preferably in pharmaceutical automation
* Knowledge of IT/OT infrastructures, architectures, applications & tools
* Knowledge of automation technologies and software platforms (SCADA, Historian, MES)
* Knowledge of manufacturing data exchange protocols (OPC, MQTT)
* Understanding of manufacturing operations and digital technologies/big data
* Excellent English and Italian communication and cross-boundary collaboration skills
