Overview We are a fast-growing DTC company since 2021, doubling revenue every year. We are looking for a Creative Ads Designer & Video Editor who can combine video editing and graphic design to create ads that capture attention and drive conversions. Responsibilities Video Editing: edit video ads (short and long form, UGC, product showcase, brand storytelling). Graphic Design: create static ads, carousels and banners optimized for Meta, TikTok and other platforms. Creative Execution: transform briefs into effective content with quick variants for testing. Collaboration: work closely with our strategist following structured workflows. Qualifications Excellent English level (bilingual or fluent). Minimum 1 year of experience in both video editing and graphic design. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects or Final Cut Pro (video) and in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or Canva (graphics). Basic understanding of DTC ad psychology (hook, pain points, desires). Precision, creativity and attention to detail. Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality. Experience with UGC content and static ads for social is a plus. What we offer Fixed-term contract, with possibility of renewal and subsequent transition to permanent.
