Responsibilities:
1. Perform preventive, routine, and extraordinary mechanical maintenance on machinery and plants.
2. Collaborate with the team to diagnose and resolve faults, ensuring continuous production.
3. Carry out minor carpentry work and support the management of general distribution systems.
4. Work actively with electricians to complete urgent tasks or shift work.
5. Operate safely at heights using PLE and ladders when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance (hydraulics and pneumatics) in an industrial environment.
* Technical diploma or equivalent in mechanical subjects; excellent ability to read mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.
* Knowledge of manual lathe, manual milling machine, and welding (electrode/wire).
* Understanding of CNC machine operation and mechanics.
* Analytical skills to identify and resolve faults promptly.
* Ability to perform minor carpentry work.
* Experience in sizing, replacing damaged components, and small machine wiring tasks.
* Ability to work at heights using elevated platforms or ladders.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Availability to work shifts and on Saturday mornings when required.
* Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
The salary package will be commensurate with experience.
