This role is critical to ensuring our operations align with legal and regulatory standards, particularly in privacy and data governance. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the development and implementation of compliance and privacy programs in accordance with Vodafone Group policies and EU/Italian regulations /liliAct as the main point of contact for compliance and privacy matters, including GDPR /liliConduct risk assessments and manage mitigation strategies /liliOversee internal investigations and regulatory reporting /liliSupport business units in applying privacy-by-design and compliance-by-design principles /liliDeliver training and awareness initiatives across the organization /liliManage data subject requests and privacy impact assessments (PIAs) /liliMonitor regulatory developments and advise on business impact /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli7+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, or legal roles, ideally within multinational and regulated environments /liliDeep understanding of GDPR and other relevant regulatory frameworks /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /liliAbility to work autonomously and influence cross-functional teams /liliFluent English (spoken and written) /liliLegal qualification or certifications such as CIPP/E or CIPM are advantageous /li /ulh3Not a perfect fit /h3pWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
