PInsights Strategy Execution (ISE) Therapeutic Area Lead (Italy) /ppbROLE SUMMARY /b /ppAs a function in the Commercial Analytics AI (CAAI) division within Pfizer, Insights Strategy Execution (ISE) plays a critical role to enable Pfizer’s commercial brand strategy. This team functions as internal consultants and brand strategists that partner with commercial and cross-functional leaders, activating data driven problem solving in a way that the business can execute to drive impact and unlock value. /ppThe ISE Therapeutic Area (TA) Lead is accountable for the delivery of high quality and impactful strategic business decision support to (Primary Care / Specialty Care / Oncology) business leaders in Italy. This person will lead performance measurement, inform investment decisions, and guide inline and launch strategies for priority brands / portfolios. The role serves as the primary relationship manager to the business units in Italy. /ppThe ISE TA Lead is accountable for the design and execution of analytics and insights plans and delivering actionable insights that result in direct business impact. This person must be a deep TA expert, capable business analyst, agile project manager, and proactive thought partner. The ISE TA lead will report to the Italy ISE Lead. /ppKey accountabilities include (but are not limited to) the following : /pulliLead the identification of data and insight needs, design of analytics and research plans, and the execution of those plans, incorporating solutions across the catalog of CAAI capabilities including secondary data analysis, advanced analytics / data science, primary market research, etc. /liliGuide effective use of promotional resources through delivery of customer analytics, segmentation and targeting, promotional resource allocation, field force sizing, omnichannel analysis, etc. /liliEffectively collaborate on the delivery of advanced analytics including predictive modeling, data science and machine learning, as needed. /liliConnect research and analytics together into compelling and actionable insights that lead to clear recommendations to commercial leaders. /liliSeek continuous improvement, including identification of new capabilities and / or data to maximize Pfizer’s competitive advantage. /liliProactively identify the need for resources / capabilities to deliver against analytic priorities. /li /ulpPerformance Management / Forecasting / Operating Plan Support /pliProactively assess (BU) portfolio performance and ensure accurate and effective performance measurement solutions are built and maintained. /liliMonitor the external marketplace / competitive landscape and ensure clear insights are driving commercial decisions. /liliSupport data modeling and forecasting needs, including for LRF and operating plans, and inform resource allocation and BU / franchise strategies and tactics. /lipbPMR Management /b /pliDevelop, commission and contract innovative and impactful market research, as needed, through approved vendors. /liliCreate and manage budgets associated with assigned activities. /liliAccountable for meeting compliance and corporate SOP obligations of primary market research. /lipbCross Functional Collaboration /b /pliContribute to the advancement of CAAI capabilities and enable the scaling of those capabilities. /liliShare market and TA knowledge with other CAAI teams to ensure fit-for-purpose analytics across all CAAI verticals. /liliLead the alignment with other CAAI teams as well as other cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive activities with our stakeholders. /liliFacilitate best practice sharing and knowledge management. /lipbBasic Qualifications /b /pliBachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred in a quantitative discipline. /lili7+ years of multi-disciplinary experience with a preference for exposure to business analytics / finance, marketing, engineering, or other quantitative field. /lipbPreferred Qualifications /b /pliKnowledge of the pharmaceutical industry in (country / cluster TBD), including relevant data sources required to understand and generate insights about the market. /liliDemonstrated experience across most CAAI capabilities including data analytics, primary and secondary market research, data reporting visualization, and forecasting / modeling; specific experience in Dataiku / DSS and Tableau are highly desired. /liliFamiliarity with artificial intelligence / machine learning (AI / ML) and data science approaches. /liliAbility to act as a strategic partner to commercial leadership. /liliCapacity to quickly establish relationships of trust and credibility. /liliInnovative and agile mindset; self-starter. /liliDemonstrated analytics insights expert. /liliDemonstrated business acumen. /liliFluency in English and Italian. /lipJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
