We also strive to generate value for our customers by working to enhance and prolong the return on investment for solid-state lighting systems. /ppFollowing the implementation of a new CQM international structure in Treviso, we are now recruiting a /ppbr/ppbCustomer Quality Assurance Manager /b /ppFulltime: Treviso, Italy /ppbr/ppbRole and responsibilities: /b /ppWe are seeking an experienced Customer Quality Assurance Manager to lead our European customer quality operations from our Treviso office. /ppThis is a key management position overseeing a team of 5 quality professionals, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across our lighting driver power supply business throughout Europe. /ppbr/ppbActivities: /b /ppbEurope Region Customer Complaint Management: /b /pulliCoordinate and resolve technical customer complaints in a global company, providing expert technical support and maintaining excellent customer communication throughout the resolution process. /li /ulpbManage warranty claims and /b bTechnical Analysis Reporting: /b /pulliLead the team in conducting comprehensive technical analysis of returned products and preparing detailed technical reports for customer reference. /liliNegotiate and handle costs related to on-site product replacements, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining customer relationships. /li /ulpbCross-functional Leadership: /b /pulliDrive internal resources across multiple departments to respond effectively to customer needs, ensuring timely solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. /liliCollaborate with RD and manufacturing teams to prevent quality issues; Establish and monitor quality KPIs and metrics to track customer satisfaction trends. /li /ulpbQuality Improvement Initiatives: /b /pulliProactively drive quality improvement measures and participate in evaluating market and internal quality risks. /li /ulpbProcess Improvement: /b /pulliAssist in implementing quality improvement measures during complaint handling processes and drive proper execution within the organization. /li /ulpbr/ppbSkills needed: /b /pulliBachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering, quality management or related technical field or higher. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in customer quality management, preferably in the lighting or electronics industry. /liliDemonstrated problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset. /liliProven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team /liliExperience with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies. /liliStrong technical background in power electronics or LED driver technology /liliExcellent communication skills in English, additional European languages a plus. /liliExperience working with international colleagues. /liliDrive internal resources across multiple departments to respond effectively to customer needs, ensuring timely solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels; while fostering alignment among internal stakeholders, /liliEffectively bridging cultural and communication differences and demonstrating strong leadership to ensure initiatives are successfully executed. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We Offer: /b /pulliA unique opportunity to lead our quality transformation as we evolve from product supplier to lighting solutions partner in Europe /liliOpportunity to lead a dynamic team /liliInternational work environment with exposure to global markets /liliCareer development opportunities within a leading lighting technology company /liliCompetitive compensation package /li /ulpbr/ppIf you are passionate about making a difference and being part of a team that is shaping the future, we'd like to hear from you. /ppbr/ppbInterested candidates /b /ppAre you interested?
