If you’re ready to build enterprise‑grade solutions and influence how our organization leverages Power Platform at scale, we’d love to meet you. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liEnd‑to‑end ownership of Power Platform solutions (Apps, Automate, Dataverse) aligned to enterprise ALM. /li liTranslate HLD/LLD into scalable, secure implementations across DEV/UAT/PROD (application life cycle management). /li liAdvanced Power Apps (Canvas / Model‑driven) development for structured intake and admin portals. /li liComplex Power Automate orchestration: branching logic, approvals, retries, exception handling, parallel flows. /li liTeams integration using Adaptive Cards and approvals framework. /li liIntegration of Power Platform with Copilot Studio or Azure OpenAI via connectors or custom connectors. /li liImplement decision logic for Copilot agents via Power Automate flows (policy checks, scoring, routing, explainability logging). /li liSupport AI prompt calls from flows and capture rationale/audit outputs. /li liDataverse schema design including custom entities (e.g., proposal, scorecard, audit, endorsement). /li liRow‑level security via Dataverse security roles and team‑based access. /li liSupport DLP policy alignment and audit logging. /li liPerformance‑aware flow design (retry policies, concurrency settings, pagination). /li liSecure connector usage and secrets handling. /li liDeployment readiness and fallback plans (solution versioning, environment restore points). /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring Along /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Informatics or a similar field of study, or equivalent practical experience. /li liAt least 5 years of experience in a similar position. /li liCopilot Studio or Azure OpenAI experience. /li liMicrosoft Purview / compliance exposure. /li liPower BI or Fabric dataset familiarity (nice to have). /li liExperience working with interfaces and effectively communicating with colleagues from other projects, depending on the audience (technical and non‑technical). /li liExperience with architectural setups and a good understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches. /li liExperience in projects with end‑customer focus (user focus). /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
