More than 300 million customers shop in Amazon’s store, and third-party seller products account for more than half of all units sold. The Selling Partner 360 Team provides strategic consultancy to help Selling Partners grow their business on Amazon, addressing International expansion, Portfolio Optimization, Fulfillment Strategy, Product Presentation, Promotions, Advertising Strategy, Brand Building, and operational support.
As a Marketplace Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of Selling Partners independently, helping them drive business growth and program satisfaction by working from their targets and creating a joint roadmap. You will identify untapped potential using your analytical skills, recruit and onboard Selling Partners to AMPS, and lead the launch of this program in your country, coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
WHAT WE NEED YOUR EXPERTISE:
* Selling Partner Management: Simultaneously manage a portfolio of 10-12 Selling Partners to develop individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations and owning communications.
* Run Business Analyses: Produce profound business recommendations and actionable insights by using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data.
* Consultancy: Use Amazon knowledge to leverage our solutions for Selling Partners' objectives and advise on opportunities and potential business impact.
* Support Execution and Operational Troubleshooting: Guide the execution of strategic plans, answer ad-hoc questions, and help overcome operational and subject-specific challenges.
* Build relationships: Gain trust and maintain strong relationships with Selling Partners and stakeholders through close collaboration and results.
* Coach: Educate Selling Partners about Amazon’s solutions and news to enhance their knowledge of selling on Amazon.
* Recruit: Identify, engage with prospective Selling Partners for AMPS based on understanding of their needs.
* Business Reviews: Prepare and present performance deep dives to discuss progress, challenges, and plans with Selling Partners.
* Become an Expert: Own a subject area within the service organization (e.g., Branding, Fulfillment by Amazon, Hiring, Tools, Deals) to support peers and improve processes/tools.
* Develop local requirements: Ensure standardized processes are adapted to the needs of Selling Partners in the country.

Marketplace Consultant (Full-time / Part-time)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Excellent English and Polish communication skills
* Work experience in consulting, key account management, advertising sales, B2B, digital retail/ecommerce, Business Development, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Supply Chain Management or similar
* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related program
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets using Microsoft Excel
* Solid knowledge of strategy development and execution
* Proven ability to attract, manage and interact with clients independently, especially at the executive level
* Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Superior presentation skills to inform and influence stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in analytics with tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
