The role spans Docsity, WeUni and OPIT – Open Institute of Technology .Your mission will be to drive sustainable growth, strengthen product‐market fit, improve execution across teams, and build a more structured, scalable and high‐performing organization.What You'll Own You will partner with the Founder and the leadership teams to define and execute growth strategies, strengthen engagement, bring structure to product, marketing, sales and operations, build KPI frameworks, drive execution across product roadmaps and initiatives, identify synergies, and represent the company externally.Define and execute product‐led, community‐led and commercially driven growth strategiesStrengthen engagement, retention and monetization across the student ecosystemBring structure to product, marketing, sales, operations and customer experienceBuild clear KPI frameworks, operating rhythms and scalable processesDrive execution across product roadmaps, growth initiatives and commercial prioritiesIdentify and develop synergies across the platformsAct as a strong external representative towards partners and stakeholdersWhat We're Looking For The ideal candidate combines entrepreneurial energy with managerial discipline.
