Within the Construction Management unit for Military Bases North and Center, we are seeking 2 Expert Project Managers responsible for: Managing the definition and execution of projects for new constructions and extraordinary maintenance on Military Bases; Overseeing all technical, organizational, and economic aspects of assigned sites, monitoring progress at each stage; Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to requirements, coordinating with relevant divisions and stakeholders; Obtaining necessary administrative authorizations and client approvals, and supporting in legal disputes related to permits; Managing relationships with internal and external clients, controlling and monitoring project progress; Handling technical aspects with the team and contractors, ensuring operational levels meet quality, time, and budget objectives. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture Experience: 4-6 years as Site Manager, Technical Director, Site Supervisor, Construction Manager, or Safety Coordinator in Italy; international project experience is a plus. Technical Skills: Ability to understand and prepare technical documentation in construction, civil, and systems engineering; Experience managing tenders, including public procurement; Project Management skills; Knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08 and health & safety regulations; Familiarity with Legislative Decrees 36/2023 and 50/2016; Previous experience as Site Manager, CSE, or in technical/operational site management; Experience in international construction sites; Ability to coordinate and verify quality of work by contractors and professionals; Monitoring project progress, quality, costs, and optimization.
