Any data management solutions created by the contractor should take into consideration any modernization objectives including the modernized database applications as well as other enterprise activities (e.g., GEOINT Workbench Foundation). /pullipProvide embedded GEOINT/ Data Science expertise to assure continuity of Precise Imagery data provision to the customer. /p /lilipDeliver service solutions that integrate best practices to modernize current practices. /p /lilipPerform data Investigations on complex problems using applied statistics, building algorithms and collaborating with domain expertise to convey complicated realities to non-technical audience. /p /lilipProvide data visualization of disparate sources via dashboards that can be understood by non technical audiences. /p /lilipCoordinate utilization and sustainment of the new database management processes and workflows with database developers and analysts. /p /lilipEnsure new workflows have ability to be integrated seamlessly with our modernized database applications and enterprise-level APls. /p /lilipData modeling and simulation of production and change detection data of in-house created data. /p /lilipData visualization of production metrics of in-house created data. /p /lilipStatistical analysis of in-house created data. /p /lilipScripting and coding to include converting Visual/Basic Maplnfo scripts to Python. /p /lilipImplementing enterprise database management processes. /p /lilipAutomating repetitive data management tasks. /p /li /ulpbBasic Qualifications /b /pullipBachelor’s degree in related field /p /lilipTypically requires a BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. /p /lilipA combination of 9 years of demonstrated experience in any three of the following tools/methodologies: /pullipPython /p /lilipArcGIS, ArcSDE, ArcPro /p /lilipQuantum GIS (QGIS) /p /lilipPostgreSQL, Postgis, PgAdmin /p /lilipApplication programming interfaces (APls) /p /lilipUsing applied statistics /p /lilipBuilding algorithms /p /li /ul /lilipUnderstanding and familiarity with the following tools: /pullipMaplnfo, MapBasic /p /li /ul /li /ulullipActive TS/SCI clearance with ability to be approved to Poly /p /li /ulpbQualifications /b /pullipExperience with workflow management systems, such as Flowable /p /li /ulpCome break things (in a good way).
