Regional purchasing manager Luogo di lavoro: Modena areaMain activities Lead and manage a regional sourcing team and suppliers, ensuring compliance with Group Sourcing processes and applicable regulations · Develop and coach the team, fostering Operational Excellence and a collaborative work environment · Oversee team workload, assign activities, identify training gaps, and prioritize tasks effectively · Act as second-line escalation to support Regional Buyers and ensure smooth operations · Manage the regional supplier panel and monitor supplier performance within the assigned geography · Align and execute the regional sourcing roadmap with stakeholders, understanding local market dynamics · Define, monitor, and report on the regional sourcing budget, implementing corrective actions as needed · Build strong relationships with local stakeholders, project teams, and global functions, representing sourcing in plant leadership discussion Requirements Must have · Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Commercial, Engineering, or related field, ideally with a Sourcing specialization · Minimum 10 years of experience in international industrial sourcing, including at least 3 years in managerial role · Experience with ERP systems and sourcing-related software · Fluent in English, both written and spoken · Willingness to travel and work in an international environment Nice to have · Strong problem-solving skills and proven knowledge of Operational Excellence methodologies · Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Benefits.
