We are looking for an HR Specialist with experience in structured contexts who will be the reference point for HR issues of the production plants. In particular, he/she will be involved in the following activities: - Support managers in the management and development of plant personnel; - Collect and analyse the plants' workforce needs; - Monitor and supervise the correct implementation of labour and company regulations, acting as a local point of reference for HR processes; - Manage local Trade Union Relations; - Manage disciplinary actions; - Manage relations with temporary employment companies (APL); Requirements: - Economics/Law degree master’s degree in Human Resources Management (preferred); - At least 2/3 years' experience in HR roles gained in structured manufacturing contexts, where the main HR issues relating to union and disciplinary management and development have been examined; - Passion and a strong interest in working within an industrial framework together with dealing with grievances, HR issues and Unions; - Previous work experience in the mechanical industry preferred - Good knowledge of English language; - Advanced use of Office suite and strong attitude for HR IT systems (Zucchetti preferred); - Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad; Workplace: Reggiolo (RE)
