Context: Located in Trace One Solutions Management Group, the Solution Manager (SM) will effectively own, manage designated product/solution offering(s) to achieve best-in-market products and solutions that delight our internal and external customers and stakeholders. Overall, the SM is accountable for developing a product strategy leading to the market and commercial success of the holistic product. Key Responsibilities: - You develop, communicate and implement the product strategy for the company's portfolio of existing solutions in line with the company's strategy. - You conduct market, competition and legislative analyses in order to develop the product offer in accordance with market trends and customer needs. - You collect, analyze and prioritize development requests from customers in order to maximize retention. - You define and plan the roadmap. - You define the key business features and ensure that the expectations of the Product & Design teams are well understood. - You contribute to the development of the documentation accompanying each release. - You define and optimize the business model of each solution, and you develop and propose pricing models. - You lead user groups related to the planning of the roadmap. Cross-functional Collaboration Matrix: - Product Owners/Product Managers - Program/Technical Project Managers - Project Delivery teams – BAs, DEV/UI/UX engineers, QA, technical writers - Professional Services - Global Sales / Pre-sales teams - Product Marketing Teams - Customer Ops Teams Missions: ➢ Market Discovery: - identify market opportunities & trends for the product of competence they are accountable for; - understand the competition features and proposition; - attend industry events and relevant customer/prospect meetings (early adopters, periodic product feedbacks, major critical deals); - contribute tothe analysis of propositions, segmentation and discovery produced by Strategic Innovation & Product Partnership. ➢ Product Performance: - Review data, KPIs & reports on products to understand and act on product status health ➢ Product Roadmap: - Own and manage the RFE process for the product of competence (review, prioritize, discuss needs and requirements); - Define,maintain, present to the company and externally the Product Roadmap. Key skills and requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the software industry - Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams - Strong communication and organizational skills - Familiarity with the grocery retail and food & beverage industries - Professional working proficiency in Italian language. - Proficient in English, both in written and verbal communication.
