PpAdecco Italia Spa is looking for a Junior Maintenance Engineer to join our Industrial Department in our business unit Bolton Food based in Italy.
/p h3How you make the difference /h3 pYou will support the optimization of maintenance processes, ensuring alignment with the quality and cost standards set by the company.
/p h3How your agenda looks like /h3 ul liYou will collaborate in defining operational maintenance priorities for your Factory and in evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
/li liYou will be involved in identifying any extraordinary maintenance needs of your Factory.
/li liYou will collaborate with your manager to organize interventions involving, as needed, internal technicians, external companies, and/or suppliers.
/li liYou will ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and procedures.
/li /ul h3Your team /h3 pYou will become part of the Industrial Team in the Aprilia Plant, reporting to the Maintenance Project Manager Italy.
/p h3What makes you a great fit /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical/Food Engineering, Safety Management or similar.
/li liPrevious experience in the role (not mandatory).
/li liExcellent knowledge of the Office suite and Excel.
/li liFluent use of the English language.
/li liProactivity, accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
