As the driving force behind Safilo's successful digital transformation journey in recent years, "Digital Force" is dedicated to innovating and optimizing the company's digital ecosystem. This role is part of the Digital Transformation function and reports directly to the Senior Delivery Manager. You will join a cross-functional team including an Architect, a Senior Tech Lead, a Jr Release Manager, a Jr Developer, and a Jr Business Analyst. Responsibilities - Analyze and define business requirements for complex projects in enterprise-level and multi-stakeholder environments. - Design optimized and innovative processes aligned with business needs. - Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure effective implementation and testing of solutions. - Mentor the Jr Business Analyst, fostering their professional growth. - Promote a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. - Optimize time management across individuals, team, and project levels, while facilitating cross-stream communication and ensuring stakeholder alignment with the program roadmap. - Collaborate closely with Product Owners to align business requirements with technical implementation and ensure consistency across Salesforce verticals. - Guide Product Owners in change management and happy-adoption strategies, minimizing redundant or unfounded ticketing after feature rollouts. Required profile and experience Must to have: - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM, with a focus on process design and customer-facing solutions. - Strong and proven hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform and ecosystem. - Proven track record in large-scale projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. - Strong skills in project planning and requirements management. - Experience in first-level debugging and unit/integration testing. - Proficiency in Jira or other project/ticket management tools. - Jira or other project/ticket management tools Nice to have: - Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., testbooks, user guides). - Salesforce certifications - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (will be considered a plus) Languages - English min B2 - Italian native or min C1 Soft skills - Leadership and team management capabilities. - Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. - Initiative and teamwork spirit Job Reference: BPO01075
