You will be essential in upholding our brand's reputation for bespoke service and authentic connection, transforming every visit into a treasured moment of luxury. /p h3Key Contributions to the Role /h3 ul liElite Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with both loyal and new clients, consistently exceeding expectations and anticipating their luxury needs. /li liReady‑to‑Wear Expertise: Act as the primary expert, offering in‑depth product knowledge, personalized styling advice, and tailoring suggestions. /li liSales Performance Strategy: Drive and achieve ambitious individual and team sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall commercial success of the Portofino boutique. /li liImpeccable Service Delivery: Provide a personalized and outstanding shopping experience that embodies the luxury standards and values of our brand at all times. /li liBoutique Presentation: Collaborate with the team on visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring the boutique environment is always pristine, inspiring, and aligned with global brand guidelines. /li liOperational Excellence: Support all stock management procedures, including inventory checks, restocking, and accurate point‑of‑sale transactions, ensuring seamless daily operations. /li liBrand Ambassador: Actively participate in exclusive store events and client engagement activities designed to enhance brand visibility and drive customer loyalty. /li /ul h3What You Bring to the Team /h3 ul liExperience: Proven experience as a Client Advisor or similar client‑facing role (2+ years), preferably within luxury retail, with a strong focus on Ready‑to‑Wear or high‑ticket fashion items. /li liClient Focus: A deep passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage meaningful client relationships (CRM experience is a plus). /li liCommunication Skills: Strong, polished communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with a diverse and exclusive international client base. /li liGoal Orientation: A self‑starter attitude, highly goal‑oriented, and a collaborative team player committed to achieving and surpassing store targets. /li liAttention to Detail: A keen eye for visual merchandising, quality control, and an understanding of the presentation standards required in a luxury environment. /li liLanguage Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory.
