Responsibility:
In your role as director for the Finish & Paint, Root Systems manufacturing process team, your responsibilities will be:
1. Analysis of AS IS and future state
2. Build, maintain and implement strategy Plan for the area
3. Performance Management of Process area including defining, monitoring and providing programs to improve the KPIs and PIs
4. Creation and management of the Competence Center within the process area
5. Responsible for Kaizen events within the area
6. Quantitative approach with use of toolbox – Six Sigma / Lean
7. Embeds engineering skills directly into the manufacturing value stream.
8. Enables faster decision-making and deeper Infusion process ownership and Knowledge
9. Develop standardized manufacturing processes and tool solutions.
10. Develop, maintain and deliver user-focused manufacturing documentation to the factories.
11. Ensures repeatability and scalability across internal and external sites.
12. Attracts and retains highly skilled engineering talent with advanced technical proficiency.
13. Builds a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
14. Engage and collaborate with relevant colleagues and business stakeholders, and ensure your employees do the same, all to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality, and to develop your area of expertise.
Qualifications:
15. University degree in Master of manufacturing engineering or alike
16. GB Six Sigma or Advance Manufacturing Process Analysis
Experience:
17. + years of experience in similar roles
18. Prior experience leading a team of specialists, within process engineering or a team of highly skilled employees.
19. Lived a data & quality driven Manufacturing culture
20. Built a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
21. Worked in a culture where people’s development is high on the agenda
22. Composite materials knowledge, understanding of fiberglass, carbon fiber, epoxy resins, and other materials used in production.

32. Adept at navigating and working within large organizations
33. Can be an involved part of cross functional product development projects
34. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with Clear and effective communication skills
35. Good presentation skills both up and down I the organization
36. You are self-motivated; result-oriented and possess great organizational discipline
37. You find it exciting and interesting to work with other people in a large organization and can build up an intensive network across cultures and time zones and work with stakeholders
