GROSS ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: €30,000–€33,000

The role
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support to customers, ensuring efficient issue resolution and a seamless service experience. You will act as a primary point of contact, working closely with internal teams to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key activities
· You will manage customer support requests received via email, phone, and ticketing systems
· You will analyze, categorize, and prioritize incoming requests based on service levels
· You will provide timely solutions related to platform access, software usage, and billing checks
· You will document all support activities and resolutions within the helpdesk system
· You will escalate complex issues to specialized teams and monitor progress until resolution
· You will maintain clear and proactive communication with customers regarding case status
· You will proactively inform customers about system updates, issues, or planned downtimes
· You will analyze customer data and support metrics to identify trends and improvement areas
· You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall customer experience
· You will contribute to process optimization and continuous service improvement initiatives
You could be the right person if
· You belong to protected categories (Art. 1 – L.68/99)
· You are based in Italy and available to work fully remotely
· You are fluent in Italian and English (both mandatory)
· You have previous experience in customer support, helpdesk, or similar roles
· You are comfortable working with ticketing systems and digital platforms
· You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· You are proactive, organized, and customer-oriented
· Experience in logistics, SaaS, or tech environments will be considered a plus
