Your Mission
* Ensure safety of people and property within restricted areas
* Manage access control using professional security equipment
* Detect and report irregularities, intervening according to company protocols
* Cooperate with colleagues and client staff with professionalism and discretion
Requisiti
What We’re Looking For:
* Italian or EU citizenship, minimum age 18
* Clean criminal record and valid driving licence
* Valid GPG license (or motivation to obtain it)
* Fluent English and confident use of Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in security, police or military background is a plus

REQUIREMENTS Minimum Requirements for Employment: Minimum age of 18 years. Italian citizenship or citizenship of an EU member country. No criminal convictions or pending legal proceedings. Valid driving license. Valid Armed Security Guard license (or strong motivation to obtain it). Excellent knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking). Excellent knowledge of computer tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Reliable communication devices. Possession of a personal means of transportation. Availability to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including drug testing and background checks. Education/Experience: Previous work experience in security, public services (police, firefighters), or military background is preferred. Skills (demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing): Ability to meet and maintain all applicable state, provincial, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers. Knowledge of basic security and fire control procedures. Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to observe situations and make decisions. Ability to meet and maintain required skills, certifications, or authorizations for assigned accounts. Knowledge of security operations and procedures. Ability to learn to operate a variety of security and protective devices. Ability to follow and maintain scheduled assignments. Ability to maintain professional composure in unusual situations. Strong customer service and service quality orientation. Ability to interact effectively with various social levels and across different cultures. Ability to be an effective leader and team member. Ability to take initiative and achieve results. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to adapt to changes in the external and organizational environment. WORKING CONDITIONS Physical and mental ability to perform all essential functions effectively is required. Requirements include: Maintain calm when dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public, occasionally under urgent and high-pressure conditions. Must undergo background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral surveys according to company standards. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
