Are you ready for a new challenge?
We are seeking a Buyer Specialist on a fixed contract, responsible for project schedule adherence, procurement management, and all activities related to supply chain management.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
* Implement the QMS in your area of responsibility.
* Shared responsibility for respecting the project budget, product, and tooling costs.
* Define the supply chain for new components, sub-assemblies, or complete products.
* Manage costs related to new components, sub-assemblies, or complete products, including tooling.
* Ensure project schedule adherence, particularly in component delivery during project phases.
* Prepare Project Purchasing documentation.
* Select suppliers in a global, multi-functional environment aligned with the Global Strategy.
* Qualify new suppliers via the Hill-Rom certification process.
* Engage early in supplier projects (ESI) to leverage technical expertise during product development.
* Establish and implement energy performance criteria in contract negotiations for energy-using products, equipment, and services.
