Who You’ll work with You will join the Customer Intelligence Team of Enel X Global Retail, responsible for creating Advanced Analytics and providing actionable insights to drive business growth and optimize marketing and sales strategies. What You’ll do Develop and maintain an accurate, up-to-date data model to support business analyses and strategic decisions. Analyze and interpret customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and market opportunities, such as predicting churn and identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. Improve ongoing analyses on segmentation, churn, and customer propensities by researching new methods and implementing them for optimal performance. Research and analyze new ideas to optimize customer studies and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex insights into concrete recommendations and ensure alignment with business strategies. Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimize effectiveness, increasing customer value and loyalty, and aligning with company targets. What You’ll bring Excellent knowledge of data analysis techniques, programming languages (e.g., Python), and SQL. Advanced skills in Excel and BI tools (Power BI) for visualization and communication of insights. Ability to evaluate the return on actions through business cases. Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Problem-solving skills for data quality and technical challenges. Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning. Critical evaluation of data, bias identification, and ensuring robust insights. Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar; Ph.D. is a plus. 4-8 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist. Experience in pricing strategies, margin dynamics, and churn management. Experience managing data-driven customer projects. Advanced experience with Excel, Power BI, SQL, and scripting languages like Python or R; experience with Git is a plus. Fluent in English; Spanish skills are a plus. Why join us?
