Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in villa, hotel, or property operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/assistant managerial role.
Strong knowledge of villa operations (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, guest relations).
Proven leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage day‑to‑day villa operations, ensuring excellent guest experience and smooth team performance.
Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and operational reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good relationships with guests, villa owners, and staff.
Proficiency in English (spoken & written); additional languages are an advantage.
Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Flexible and adaptable to the unique challenges of villa management.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Operational Manager in supervising villa operations and staff performance.
* Ensure service standards and SOPs are implemented consistently.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues effectively.
* Coordinate with other departments to support villa operations.
* Report to the Operational Manager and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements.
