Venezia FC is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to oversee and optimize our entire digital ecosystem, including the website, mobile app, and e-commerce platform. This role combines strategy, content management, analytics, and performance marketing to drive fan engagement, commercial growth, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and continuous improvement of our digital platforms.
- Define and implement the Digital Marketing Plan aligned with club objectives.
- Coordinate internal teams (content creators, designers, photographers, videographers) and external partners.
- Develop e-commerce strategies to boost sales, conversions, and fan engagement.
- Monitor and report digital performance, optimizing campaigns based on data insights.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with Venezia FC’s brand and tone of voice.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in digital management, preferably in sports, entertainment, or e-commerce.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Expertise in digital strategy, analytics, e-commerce, CRM, and performance marketing.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Passion for football and understanding of fan engagement dynamics.
