Our Approach.br/strongAs a strongJunior HR Business Partner (HRBP) /strong based in strongParma, Italy /strong, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations and initiatives for the Italian entity while collaborating closely with International HRBPs across our global business areas. This role combines hands-on HR administration, payroll preparation, employee relations, and employment documentation, contributing to the seamless operation of the HR function within FORTNA Italy.brYou will report to the Director HR International.brstrongKey Responsibilitiesbr/strongstrongHR Administration Employee Lifecyclebr/strongulliManage day-to-day HR administrative tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance in compliance with Italian labor laws. /liliPrepare employment agreements, amendments, and other contractual documentation. /liliMaintain and update employee data in the HRIS system ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.brbr/li /ulstrongPayroll Preparation Benefitsbr/strongulliCollect, verify, and process payroll-related information to ensure accurate and timely submission to external payroll providers. /liliAct as the point of contact for payroll inquiries, benefits, and compensation-related topics. /liliLiaise with finance and accounting teams for payroll reconciliations and reporting.br/li /ulstrongEmployee Relations Compliancebr/strongulliSupport employee relations matters by providing first-line guidance on HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations. /liliEnsure HR processes and practices comply with local legal requirements and internal policies. /liliAssist in resolving employee queries, providing guidance on benefits, leaves, and HR policies.br/li /ulstrongCollaboration with International HRBPsbr/strongulliCollaborate with 5 International HRBPs aligned to FORTNA’s various business areas to ensure alignment on HR programs and priorities. /liliProvide local HR insights to support broader HR initiatives such as performance management, engagement, and organizational development.br/li /ulstrongData Reportingbr/strongulliPrepare data and reports for audits, internal reviews, or external inspections.brbr/li /ulstrongQualifications Requirementsbr/strongulliBachelor's degree or showed experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. /lili1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with exposure to payroll preparation and HR administration in Italy. /liliKnowledge of Italian labor law and HR compliance requirements. /liliProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS systems. /liliStrong communication skills in Italian and English (both written and verbal). /liliHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. /liliAbility to work collaboratively in an international matrix environment.br/li /ulstrongKey Competenciesbr/strongulliProactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving. /liliStrong interpersonal skills with a focus on service delivery. /liliDiscretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information. /liliFlexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, growing organization.brbr/li /ulstrongWhat We Offerbr/strongulliOpportunity to grow within a global, innovative company. /liliExposure to international HR practices and cross-border collaboration. /liliSupportive and collaborative team environment. /liliCompetitive compensation and benefits. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
