To support the company's continuous growth, we are looking for a resource to join the Retail team as a
Field Training & Standard Specialist
. This role will contribute to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of operational and visual standards for the stores, ensuring consistency, quality, and a customer experience aligned with the Poke House identity.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Definition and monitoring of brand standards
Creation and implementation of guidelines related to:
Look & Feel of the stores (interior and exterior)
Functional signage for the customer experience
Company uniform (consistency with visual identity and hygiene regulations)
SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and SOSs (Store Operating Standards) for front and back of house
Conducting regular audits in stores to verify:
Cleanliness and order
Product quality
Customer journey
Compliance with look & feel and uniform guidelines
Developing corrective action plans with Area Managers and Store Managers
2. Optimization of operational processes
Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency while respecting standards
Collaborating with store teams to implement practical and consistent solutions
Monitoring HACCP and Food Safety software, resolving any issues
3. Training and staff development
Organizing and conducting training sessions on standards and operating procedures
Collecting feedback through post-training surveys
Drafting reports on the costs of the sessions
Collaborating with Store Managers and Area Managers to identify training improvement opportunities
4. Monitoring store performance
Analyzing KPIs and metrics including:
Customer reviews (GMB)
Food delivery performance indicators
Mystery shopper rating and NPS
Supporting Area Managers in managing:
Orders
Waste monitoring
5. Marketing and communication support
Supervising the release and correct display of marketing/communication materials in stores
Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure the operational effectiveness of projects
6. Special projects and innovation
Participating in research and innovation activities to improve the customer experience
Collaborating with the e-learning team for the implementation of the training platform
Organizing and managing menu reviews with the Product team and the Brand Standard Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in the fast-casual/fast-food sector or in managing brand standards and customer experience
Ability to operate in dynamic and high-intensity operating environments
Strong leadership and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects
Excellent ability to work independently and in a team
Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
Availability for frequent travel
