THE ROLE
You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to support IIT research activity.
The Procurement Directorate is coordinated by Enzo Gelati and within the team, your main responsibilities will be:
* Purchase orders drafting and management of subsequent related activities;
* Supplier's Data entry and management.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* A master's or bachelor's degree in Economics, Linguistic or a similar discipline
* Good knowledge of the English language
* Familiarity with the main IT software packages and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong focus on stakeholder needs and expectations
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
* Experience in accounting in public environment and in purchasing order issuance and supplier's data management
* Knowledge of public procurement laws and SAP tool
* Ability to work in a challenging and international environment
* Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environment
* Possess analytical reasoning skills and a growth mindset
