Your responsibilities
Technical Support & TroubleshootingRespond to customer inquiries and support tickets for cloud services
Diagnose and resolve issues in cloud applications and configurations
Bring up complex cases to R&D; when neededCustomer EngagementCommunicate clearly and empathetically via email, chat, and phone
Guide users on guidelines for cloud product usage
Ensure satisfaction through proactive follow-upsTeam CollaborationPartner with product, engineering, and operations teams
Share customer insights to influence product developmentKnowledge SharingCreate and maintain internal/external knowledge base articles
Contribute to FAQs, user guides, and training materialsContinuous LearningStay up‑to‑date on cloud offerings, tools, and support processesYour Ideal ProfileDegree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
Under 30 years old, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
Internship within technical support or customer service (cloud preferred) is a plus
Familiarity with networking, Linux/Windows OS, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Experience with AWS (plus Azure or Google Cloud is a premio)
Understanding of cloud services: VMs, storage, networking, identity management is a plus
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Dedicated, collaborative, and growth‑oriented mindset
Fluent in English and Italian
