Their objective is to secure elevated media exposure for Tiffany products and new collections, and to communicate event messages by managing celebrities/influencers and external agencies. /p pThe individual will report to the PR manager, who is responsible for team management with a focus on product and celebrity PR. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to growth in sales and brand equity by collaborating and executing holistic celebrity strategy and product PR strategy with the PR manager. /li liManage budget for assigned projects, plan execution, coordinate with multi-functional teams and key stakeholders, measure effectiveness and efficiency, and propose/executed improvements. /li liCollaborate with global celebrity/PR teams to align and influence global campaigns and guidelines for key initiatives/projects you lead. /li liPlan and execute PR and Celebrity activities in coordination with other teams (e.g., Products for Merchandising, DCO for lower-funnel digital marketing, Brand Marketing for magazine tie-ins, CVM for visual merchandising) to ensure consistent goals across functions. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liHolistic PR experience at a brand or PR/Advertising agency, including celebrity/influencer management, magazine ads/tie-ins, and BTL activities (events, pop-ups), with at least 3 years’ experience in Fashion/Jewelry Watch brands or beauty brands, preferably luxury. /li liPeople management experience of at least 1–2 years. /li liHands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with the ability to handle multiple fast-paced tasks and a strong sense of ownership. /li liProfessionally and personally mature with excellent interpersonal skills. /li liStrong strategic thinking integrating qualitative and quantitative perspectives. /li liGood interpersonal skills and teamwork. /li liAbility to manage and operate under tight deadlines. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
