Adecco Italia - Customer Service Role

Adecco Italia spa is seeking a motivated individual to join a startup insurtech company specializing in roadside assistance. Founded by visionaries who identified a market gap and addressed it with an innovative digital solution, the company has rapidly expanded from Italy to France and Spain, and will soon enter Germany in September 2024. Their goal is to become the leading provider of modern roadside assistance in Europe and beyond.

The company operates on a B2B2C model, collaborating with major automotive sector players such as insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility operators. Their advanced digital platform allows customers of their partners to request assistance and replacement mobility solutions in real-time, revolutionizing roadside help services.

They are looking for a dedicated Customer Service professional to help optimize processes and set new standards of excellence in the industry. If you are motivated to be part of this change, consider applying.


Responsibilities:

1. Manage assistance requests in case of difficulties (e.g., breakdowns, stalls), interfacing with customers in real-time.
2. Monitor and supervise the digital support process, intervening when necessary.
3. Ensure a positive experience through digital channels (chat, phone) and/or coordinate directly with the network of providers.


Requirements:

* Full availability to work in shifts (24/7).
* Full-time contract.
* Good command of Italian and English (Spanish or French is a plus).
* Experience in operations and/or customer service (preferred).
* Teamwork attitude.


Additional Information:

* Temporary contract of 4 months.
* Shift work, including night shifts and weekends (occasionally).
* Possibility of remote or smart working.
* Gross annual salary: €22,000.
* Expected start date: 01/08/2025.
* Location: Milan, Italy.
